Scheduling and appointment management
Service quotes and estimates
Billing and invoice generation

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of our website, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Maintain the security of your password and account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

3. Scheduling and Appointments

3.1 Booking

When you schedule an appointment through our platform, you are requesting service availability. Appointments are confirmed when you receive a confirmation via email or through your account dashboard.

3.2 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $75.

3.3 Service Windows

Appointment times are estimated arrival windows. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled timeframe but are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, emergency situations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Quotes and Pricing

4.1 Estimates

Quotes provided through our platform are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during service delivery, materials required, and scope changes.

4.2 Price Changes

If the final cost will exceed the quoted estimate by more than 10%, we will notify you before proceeding with the work. You will have the option to approve the additional costs or cancel the service.

4.3 Emergency Services

Emergency or after-hours services may be subject to additional fees, which will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment Methods

We accept payment via cash, credit card, debit card, and ACH bank transfer through our secure payment platform. Payment information is encrypted and processed by our third-party payment processor.

5.2 Payment Due

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. Invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date. Past due accounts may be subject to a monthly late fee of 1.5% on the outstanding balance.

5.3 Deposits

For larger projects exceeding $1,000, we may require a deposit of up to 50% before commencing work. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun, except in cases where we are unable to complete the service.

5.4 Disputed Charges

If you believe a charge is incorrect, you must notify us in writing within 15 days of receiving the invoice. We will investigate and respond within 10 business days.

6. Service Standards and Warranties

6.1 Quality of Work

We warrant that all services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. If you are not satisfied with our work, you must notify us within 7 days of service completion to allow us the opportunity to address your concerns.

6.2 Warranty Period

Labor is warranted for 30 days from the date of service completion. Material warranties are governed by the manufacturer's warranty terms. We are not responsible for failures due to misuse, neglect, or damage after service completion.

6.3 Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information about the service needed
Ensure safe and clear access to work areas
Secure pets and remove obstacles before our arrival
Be present or provide access to the property during scheduled appointments
Notify us of any hazardous conditions or special requirements
Comply with any preparation instructions provided before the appointment

8. Property Access and Safety

By scheduling service, you grant our technicians permission to enter your property and access areas necessary to perform the requested work. You are responsible for ensuring that the work area is safe and accessible. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe or if access is inadequate. Please ensure pets are secured during our visit

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of information as described in our Privacy Policy. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall take place in central Wisconsin. Each party shall bear its own costs and fees.

17.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in central Wisconsin.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and our company regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
